Univerzalna  zatvaračica tipa”T1-TT”.

The universal capper of this type is designed to work in semi-automatic mode, which means that the cap placement is manual and the transportation, positioning of the bottles and wrapping of the cap is automatic.

The main purpose of the "T1-TT" closure is to wrap: bottle for washing glass, bottle for liquid soaps, five closures for balloons, five closures for fi 28, five closures for fi 38, push pull closures, closures for motor oils, polyethylene closures and etc.

The "T1-TT" type capper is adaptable to different shapes and volumes of bottles and balloons, which makes it suitable for small batches and frequent changes of packaging type..

"T1-TT" type closures are designed for closing bottles and balloons  zapremine  in the range from 0.3 to 10 liters.

The basic elements of this type of shutter are:

1. Massive metal construction made  entirely made of prochron stainless steel in the quality of ASI 304 or ASI 316 according to the customer's request.

Transporter  with adjustable fence and width.

3. System for automatic thinning of bottles at a distance suitable for wrapping.

4. System for turning: full screw, five shutter, push pull shutter, etc., with regulation of the turning force.

5.Management is performed via a seven-inch touch panel.

The shutter capacity is up to 1800  bottle per hour.
