THERMO TUNNEL FOR BUNDLE PACKAGING WITH SEMI-AUTOMATIC PACKAGING TYPE PAU-1
The thermotunnel type "PAU1" is quickly adaptable to different shapes: bottles, balloons and jars, which makes it extremely suitable for frequent changes in the type of packaging that it packs into bulk packs.
In short, the operator's job is to place the packaging in the area of the package forming tool and press two buttons at the same time, everything else is completely automatic.
The tool for bottles is a part that has stops on it that can be adjusted in width depending on the dimensions of the packaging that is being packed, and makes it easier for the operator to position, that is, form the package.
The thermotunnel of this type has several functionally dependent units in its composition, namely:
- Massive metal structures made entirely of prochrome, polished in quality Č4580 or according to DIN ASI 304.
- Package forming systems.
- System for automatic unwinding of the upper and lower foil with electric drives.
- System for automatic delivery of packages from the place intended for package formation to the wire conveyor belt.
- Thermally insulated heating chamber with PID temperature regulation.
Setting the temperature is done on the seven-inch touch panel.
- Prochronous wire conveyor belt for transporting packages through the heating chamber. Note that the speed of the conveyor belt is adjustable.
- A hood for cooling finished packages.
- Electrical cabinet with accompanying automation.
- Prochrome control panel with a touch panel, which is used to control:
-Temperature welds
-The temperature of the heating chamber.
- Manual controls to turn on the tape.
-Unrolling the foil from the upper and lower rolls.
- Activation of the system for welding and cutting off the film.
-Activating the system for moving packages, etc.
