AUTOMATIC LABELLING MACHINE ET 2B

The automatic labeler type "ET 2B" is the result of many years of research and development by the Milivojević Inžinjering company. This machine is designed for sticking self-adhesive labels on glass bottles with a volume of 0.33 to 1 liter. It is particularly notable for its quick adaptation to different bottle shapes, which makes it extremely suitable for frequent changes in the type of bottles on which labels are affixed.

The purpose of the automatic labeling machine type "ET 1 K2" is to stick self-adhesive labels, both opaque and transparent, on glass packaging. The adhesive specifications are as follows:

  1. Sticking one label on the cylindrical part of the bottle, which covers the entire circumference.
  2. Sticking two labels on the cylindrical part of the bottle (front and back). In the case of gluing the front and back labels on the cylindrical part, it is necessary to print them on the same roll, considering that the front and back labels are glued with the same labeling head. The distance between the front and back labels can be adjusted on the touch panel.
  3. Sticking the label on the conical part of the bottle neck.

The automatic labeler type "ET 2B" allows sticking three labels on one bottle, namely:

  • Banderoles – labels on the conical part of the bottle neck
  • Front and back label on the cylindrical part of the bottle.

The automatic labeling machine type "ET 2B" is characterized by high precision of gluing labels and consists of:

  1. Massive metal structures made entirely of prochrome, in the quality of ASI 304 or ASI 316, according to the customer's request.
  2. Delivery conveyor made of stainless steel, with adjustable width fences.
  3. Heads for gluing self-adhesive labels on the cylindrical part of the bottle.
  4. Heads for sticking labels on the conical part of the bottle neck.
  5. Systems for automatic thinning of bottles at a distance suitable for gluing labels.
  6. Systems for rotating bottles during labeling. Note: in this type of labeller, the bottle rotates around its axis inside the rotation system, driven by traction and follower rollers until the rotation time, which is set on the touch panel, expires.

Management of the labeling is done through the weekly touch panel, which is located on the command desk of the labeling.

Labeling capacity is up to 1500 bottles per hour if they are glued simultaneously:

  1. Label on the conical part of the bottle neck.
  2. Front and back label on the cylindrical part of the bottle.
