AUTOMATIC FILING MACHINE PU 2D - 5L
The automatic filler type "PU 2D/5L" is designed for filling canisters and balloons with a volume ranging from 3 to 10 liters. It is quickly adaptable to different shapes and volumes of canisters and balloons, which makes it suitable for small batches and frequent changes of packaging type.
The purpose of the semi-automatic filler type "PU 2D/5L" is to fill:
- Foaming products from the field of household chemistry: fabric softeners, disinfectants, degreasers, shampoos, liquid soaps, windshield washers, etc.
- Motor and industrial oils.
- Abrasive liquids.
- Non-carbonated juices, vinegar, syrup, etc.
The filler type "PU 2D/5L", in its composition, has systems for
- Measuring volume volumetrically.
- Setting the dosage volume as well as all filler parameters via the seven-inch touch panel.
- Dosing speed control system:
1. Initial, i.e. fine filling.
2. Fast filling up to the neck zone of the bottle or balloon.
3. Fine filling in the final filling phase, i.e. in the neck of the bottle or balloon
The filling machine includes: a prochronous piston pump and a receiving tank with automatic filling level maintenance.
The capacity of the filler varies depending on: Product type, packaging and filling volume.
The capacity of the filler in five-liter balloons is up to 1800 liters per hour.
The complete structure of the filler is made of prochrome in the quality of ASI 304 or ASI 316 according to the customer's request.
